Accident Reports Online   WARNING ABOUT RECENT TELEPHONE SCAM Our office has recently received complaints about a telephone scam being conducted in our area. Caller states that a family member has been injured in Mexico and that money was needed. Please be aware that this is a scam. If you receive a call of this nature, one option would be to ask for the "family password". If the caller does not have an answer, hang up immediately. Other scams may involve a request for moneygrams to help a cause. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our department and we will try to assist in any way.
