The purpose of the Property Maintenance Board is to sit as an Appeals Board and pass on matters pertaining to property maintenance, which have been properly appealed, and will modify or reverse the decision of the code official, all pursuant to Section 111 of the 2000 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code.

This Board shall meet at least quarterly or upon request. Meetings are on the fourth Thursday of that month at 7 p.m.
