Campbell County OEM

The City of Alexandria has appointed Kenneth R. Knipper as the city's Emergency Management Director. Mr. Knipper is the current Director of the Campbell County Office of Emergency Management (OEM), which is responsible for coordinating and managing emergency situations between local, state and federal agencies. OEM works with our Police and Fire Departments to bring needed resources and expertise to our community when emergency needs exist.
